Les environnements multimédia développés par Trou Carré sont un champ d’expérimentations et de rencontres interdisciplinaires. Pour cette première carte blanche Fabrique de l’année, Trou Carré présente ILOT 1 , une journée d’expérimentation plastique et sonore durant laquelle Danny Steve et Erell Latimier collaboreront pour la première fois.
ILOT 1 est l’émergence d’un fragment d’archipel, un paysage à la dérive, une tragédie homéopathique. Prévisions climatiques : brouillard en matinée, mer calme à agitée l’après-midi, marée haute à 18:00, coucher du soleil à 22:00
Trou Carre creates multimedia environments which are a field of interdisciplinary experimentations and meetings. For this first carte blanche Fabrique of the year, Trou Carre presents ILOT 1 , a day of visual and sound experimentation where Danny Steve and Erell Latimier will collaborate for the first time.
ILOT 1 is the emergence of a fragment of an archipelago, a landscape adrift, an homeopathic tragedy. Weather forecast : fog in the morning, calm to rough sea in the afternoon, high tide at 6:00 p.m., sunset at 10:00 p.m.
La proposition ILOT1 est un fragment d’archipel, un paysage
à la dérive, une tragédie homéopathique.
Durant ces douze heures d’expérimentation ouverte au public, nous avons mené une improvisation préparée afin de transformer l’espace de Trempolino en environnement contemplatif, en « quiet club ». J’ai conçu l’installation vidéo tandis que Erell diffusait ses enregistrements au travers d’une douzaine de haut-parleurs.

ILOT1 is an experimation journey like a fragment of an archipelago, a landscape adrift, an homeopathic tragedy.
During these twelve hours of public session, we conducted a prepared improvisation in order to transform Trempolino’ space into a contemplative environment, a "quiet club".
I designed the video installation while Erell played her recordings through a dozen speakers.
